amazing customer service, clean room, and prime location

Very professional staff fluent in English, location to train station, location to shopping areas, affordability, comfort, and the list goes on and on.

There was nothing at all that I disliked about this hotel.

Very clean & modern decorated rooms, courteous and helpful staff, excellent location to: Myeondong shopping area; the subway entrance which was only a half minute walk away; and the airport limousine bus stop just across the street. So convenient.

The hotel directory in the lobby and elevator listed a restaurant or coffee shop on the first floor. But there wasn't any. Hotel staff didn't seem bothered by the misinformation. The info should be blocked out. Confusing when we tried looking for it.

It’s close to Myeongdong market and infront limousine bus to airport! The free breakfast is worth the price!

The heater is on and it’s hot during the night we couldn’t sleep! The hotel gave us electric fan to use!

The hotel is kind of all. Amenities were cheap or not good,.we got rush from rhe soap and sheets. The heat was on and our room was very hot, we call reception ti report it, and they said, it was winter season !!??? And that they control the A/C . After the second night that we were upset with the situation we kind of obligate them to turn on the A/C and to turn off the heater. Breakfast is really bad, and we were told to pick up the plates and take it to a place were we have to clean the leftover and out them away. What is this? We never thought this hotel that look complete different t in the pictures will be like this. You feel like you are and a cheap motel i guess. Very disappointed.

I love the location. The staff were very accommodating. I also loved the added coffee machine for guests. Breakfast on the 2nd floor is affordable and delicious.

What is there to not like?

We liked the responsiveness of the front desk regarding check-in, and special requests ( extra pillows, robes and a fan...room was way too hot!), and location of the hotel to markets and mass transportation.

Room was way too hot and we couldn't control the heat without opening the window, which was noisy, due to traffic. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed of the 4 hotels we stayed in during our trip. It caused me back pain!

It literally is in the heart of where all the restaurants and shopping areas are. You cannot beat it!

Location is perfect. Close to Myeondong train, the night market and a lot of restaurants. Serena Kim was very helpful during check in. This was my 2nd stay at The Prince Hotel Seoul. No complaints.

Its along myeongdong night market and easy access to everything. Overlooking to myeongdong.

Not big deal, just a little, you can hear the vehicles outside the road.

The location is great. Right next to Myeongdong without being exposed to all its noise. Also right above the subway station.

They could add another washing machine and dryer. There's only one.
